Which approach is evaluated for which health goal?
A single method is not suitable for every health goal. In our Bodrum clinic, the selection is made by evaluating the complaint, diagnosis, risks, level of evidence, and the individual’s expectations together.
| Goal | Primary evaluation | Additional options if needed |
|---|---|---|
| Low back, neck, joint, or neuropathic pain | Pain assessment, physical examination, and cause-oriented plan | Laser, interventional methods, rehabilitation, selected complementary approaches |
| Healthy aging and metabolic risk | Longevity / metabolic evaluation | Nutrition, exercise, sleep, laboratory monitoring, and appropriate medical support |
| Skin tightening and facial contour | Comparison of HIFU, Endolifting, or energy-based methods | Goal-specific additional methods such as botulinum toxin, mesotherapy, IPL/BBL, and Red Light |
| Attention, self-regulation, and cognitive performance | Sleep, clinical history, and QEEG evaluation when necessary | Neurofeedback, HRV biofeedback, and appropriate clinical supports |
| Deficiency or selected IV indication | Medical necessity and laboratory evaluation | IV/infusion therapy if appropriate; avoiding unnecessary IV administration |
Clinical decision point: not the method name, but first the goal and medical suitability are determined. For the same complaint, different options may be more appropriate for different patients.
Our approach at our Bodrum clinic
The choice of procedure begins not with a procedure name, but with the individual’s goal and medical suitability. An individualized plan is created by evaluating the history, physical examination, current treatments, necessary measurements and diagnostic tests, expected benefit, risks, and alternatives together.
