Aesthetic and Cosmetic Treatments
At our Bodrum clinic, we plan our aesthetic approach not around a single device or procedure, but by evaluating facial and body anatomy, skin quality, aging pattern, tissue structure, recovery expectations, and the individual’s goals together. The main headings below provide quick access to detailed guides for the relevant treatments.
Which approach for which goal?
Aesthetic treatments do not target the same biological goal. The table below was prepared to quickly compare methods; individual suitability is determined through examination and tissue assessment.
| Clinical goal | Key methods | Main difference |
|---|---|---|
| Skin laxity / lifting | HIFU, Endolifting | HIFU is noninvasive focused ultrasound; Endolifting is a minimally invasive laser approach. |
| Sun spots, redness, superficial blood vessels | IPL / BBL | Pigment and vascular appearance are the primary focus of light-based targeting. |
| Expression lines and muscle balance | Botox | An injection-based approach aimed at reducing muscle activity. |
| Skin quality, hydration, and regenerative support | Mesotherapy, Red Light | Mesotherapy is ingredient/application-based; Red Light is based on photobiomodulation. |
| Support for the scalp and hair quality | Mesotherapy, Red Light | The cause of hair loss should first be identified; the support plan should be selected accordingly. |
Our approach at our Bodrum clinic
We first determine which tissue and which problem are being targeted. Skin laxity, pigment, vascular appearance, facial expression activity, skin quality, and scalp problems are not addressed with the same method. The goal is to match the appropriate technology with the correct indication; to create a personalized plan that preserves a natural appearance and safety rather than unnecessarily increasing the number of procedures.
Frequently asked questions about aesthetic and cosmetic treatments
How is it decided which treatment is suitable for me?
Endolifting, HIFU, IPL/BBL, botulinum toxin, mesotherapy, and Red Light are not procedures aimed at the same goal. Skin laxity, pigment, vascular appearance, facial expression activity, skin quality, and scalp needs are assessed separately.
Are energy-based treatments and injection treatments the same thing?
No. While HIFU, IPL/BBL, Endolifting, and Red Light are energy-based approaches, botulinum toxin and mesotherapy are injection-based treatments with different biological targets. In some patients, multiple methods may be combined at different times.
Can a single procedure meet all facial rejuvenation needs?
Generally, no. Skin quality, volume, laxity, pigmentation, and expression lines have different mechanisms. Therefore, planning is based on matching the right method to the right target rather than choosing a single procedure.
Which aesthetic treatment is considered for which goal?
| Goal | Frequently considered methods | Key difference |
|---|---|---|
| Skin laxity / lifting | HIFU, Endolifting | HIFU is noninvasive focused ultrasound; Endolifting is a minimally invasive laser approach. |
| Pigmented spots, redness, visible blood vessels | IPL / BBL | Light-based treatments are selected according to pigment and vascular targets. |
| Expression lines | Botulinum toxin | Targets muscle activity; it is not a method for adding volume or tightening skin. |
| Skin quality, hydration, fine lines | Mesotherapy, PN/PDRN, skin booster | Personalized according to product composition and target tissue. |
| Supportive photobiomodulation | Red Light | It is a noninvasive supportive method; it is not sufficient on its own for every aesthetic goal. |
Our approach at our Bodrum clinic: treatment selection is based not on the device name, but on a combined assessment of skin characteristics, anatomy, pigmentation, volume loss, degree of laxity, and the individual’s expectations.
