What do we evaluate?
The evaluation may include medical history, family history, blood pressure, waist circumference, and body composition, handgrip strength, VO₂max or exercise capacity in eligible patients, HRV, sleep, glucose-insulin balance, lipid profile, and, when necessary, biological age markers. Not all tests are performed on everyone; the plan is tailored based on personal risk and goals.

Why is follow-up important?
The most important value of a measurement is often not its one-time result, but its change over time. For this reason, baseline values are recorded; they are re-evaluated at appropriate intervals following exercise, nutrition, sleep, weight management, or necessary medical interventions.
Our approach at our Bodrum clinic
The WHO defines healthy aging through the maintenance of functional capacity. We also do not reduce the evaluation simply to the question “how many years younger are you?”; we address movement, muscle, cardiovascular, metabolic, and cognitive capacity together. The goal is to create a plan that is as straightforward, safe, and sustainable as possible.
