Which ingredients do we prefer?
Depending on the patient’s needs, we can prefer polynucleotides (PN), PDRN/Sodium DNA, low-volume hyaluronic acid, and other skin-supporting ingredients suitable for the eye area. Product selection is made according to the anatomy of the eye area and the product’s instructions for use.
In patients hesitant about needles
Needle-free systems can be evaluated with suitable topical/transdermal preparations. For products developed for injection, controlled, low-volume, and comfort-oriented administration techniques are used.
Is it the same procedure as under-eye filler?
No. While mesotherapy and PN applications are primarily directed toward skin quality, filler aims to correct anatomical volume deficiency in selected patients. Not every under-eye problem requires filler.

Does eye contour mesotherapy completely eliminate dark circles?
The result varies depending on the cause of the dark circles, such as pigmentation, vascular visibility, skin thinness, or anatomical shadowing. Therefore, it is important to determine the cause first.
Are filler and mesotherapy applied for the same purpose around the eyes?
No. Mesotherapy aims more to support skin quality, whereas filler is intended to correct anatomical volume loss in selected patients.
