How do we evaluate devices?
When evaluating device technology in our clinic, we look not only at the brand or marketing claims, but at what signal the device uses, what output it produces, what clinical goal it is designed for, and how the results can be monitored.

Extensive screening libraries
Some bioresonance devices contain frequency/program libraries associated with thousands of pathogens, toxins, organs, allergens, or biological targets. These databases demonstrate the technical scope of the device. In clinical interpretation, a match is contextualized by evaluating it together with medical history, symptoms, and validated tests when necessary.
Test Expert Plus
It is presented by the manufacturer as an extensive electrodermal/bioresonance-based assessment system. In our clinic, the outputs are considered complementary and exploratory information; if clinical suspicion arises regarding infection, allergy, or organ disease, relevant laboratory or imaging modalities are additionally utilized.
Med Select
Combines bioresonance, System Information Therapy, and frequency-based programs. Programs associated with regulation, stress, pain, allergy, and various chronic associations can be selected according to personal goals; response is monitored through changes in symptoms and function.
Med Matrix
Combines direct current, negative pressure/cupping-like application, electroacupuncture, SIT, and bioresonance modules. For different goals such as circulation, tissue stimulation, relaxation, and regulation, modules can be combined according to the individual.
Med AudioColor and Neurofeedback
Combines audiovisual stimulation with EEG/neurofeedback features. Neurofeedback goals vary according to protocol, electrode placement, and clinical condition; when necessary, they are addressed in conjunction with QEEG and standard neurophysiological evaluations.
How is regulatory information interpreted?
Regulatory information such as CE/Class 2A is important regarding the technical and operational framework of the device. When evaluating disease-specific clinical contribution, human studies, application protocol, and the individual’s clinical condition are also taken into account. Terms such as “FDA registered,” “FDA cleared,” and “FDA approved” are distinct from one another and should be used according to their official scope.
Our approach at our Bodrum clinic
We use the device not as a tool that generates a treatment plan on its own, but as a technology that contributes to the clinical question. First, history, existing diagnoses, medications, and goals are evaluated; when device data are meaningful, they are added to the plan, and outcomes are monitored.
In our integrative medicine and longevity work, we use technology not as an element that generates treatment on its own, but as one of the tools supporting personalized clinical assessment. Healthy aging does not merely consist of optimizing metabolic or cardiovascular indicators; mental resilience, sleep, stress regulation, and psychological well-being are also essential parts of the same whole.
For this reason, neurofeedback technologies can support the neurocognitive and nervous system regulation dimension of the longevity program in suitable individuals. Our goal is not to highlight a single device or method, but to unite the physical, metabolic, mental, and psychological components of longevity under the same clinical roof within an individualized plan.
