Post-COVID-19 Complaints and Bioresonance: Recovery and Clinical Evaluation

A guide addressing the complementary role of bioresonance alongside rehabilitation and clinical follow-up in post-COVID-19 fatigue, sleep, exertion, and stress complaints.

Short answerFollowing COVID-19, fatigue, reduced exertion capacity, shortness of breath, palpitations, sleep problems, or mental slowing may be observed. Rather than attributing these complaints to a single cause, an effective approach is to identify treatable causes and create an individualized, gradual recovery plan.

How are post-COVID-19 complaints evaluated?

Following infection, fatigue, decreased exertion capacity, shortness of breath, palpitations, sleep problems, headache, or mental slowing may be seen. The duration of symptoms and their impact on daily function vary from person to person; during evaluation, treatable causes and the individual’s recovery capacity are addressed together.

The complementary role of bioresonance

The electromagnetic feedback approach of bioresonance, associated with redox, stress response, and general regulation, can be evaluated for targets such as sleep, stress, fatigue perception, and quality of life in prolonged complaints. Since there are not yet large controlled human studies specifically for COVID-19 or long COVID, the contribution of the application should be evaluated based on personal goals and follow-up criteria.

This approach can be considered not as a direct treatment claim against the virus, but as a complementary component of the recovery plan in suitable patients. Monitoring changes, particularly in activity tolerance, sleep quality, and daily function, is clinically more meaningful.

Recovery plan

Gradual activity tailored to the individual, respiratory rehabilitation, sleep and nutrition routines, correction of anemia or vitamin-mineral deficiencies, and cardiopulmonary evaluation can be planned. In individuals with post-exertional malaise, the increase in activity is personalized more cautiously.

Our approach at our Bodrum clinic

We evaluate the onset of complaints, the course of the infection, existing diseases, medications used, sleep, nutrition, mobility capacity, and stress load together. If bioresonance is deemed appropriate, we integrate it into the existing rehabilitation plan with specific symptom and quality-of-life goals.

Safety

New or increasing shortness of breath, chest pain, fainting, pronounced low oxygen levels, unilateral weakness, or rapid deterioration require urgent medical evaluation. Necessary medications and treatments should not be altered based solely on device output.
